1. Authorized use
Use this portal only for a legitimate Sun Air Supply C.O.D. account application or application-status request. You must be authorized to submit information for the business and for each organizer whose information or signature you provide.
2. Accurate information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for updating Sun Air Supply if submitted information changes. Do not upload documents that you do not have permission to share, or files containing malicious code.
3. Electronic signatures
By signing electronically, an organizer confirms that the signature is provided by or with the authorization of that organizer and may be used as part of the application record. Keep a copy of the submitted application and supporting documents.
4. Review and decisions
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the creation of an account. Sun Air Supply may request clarification, verify information, approve or reject an application, or return it for correction.
5. Prohibited activity
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, upload harmful or unlawful content, impersonate another person, access another applicant's information, or interfere with the portal or its service providers.
6. Availability and changes
The portal may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Sun Air Supply may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
